1. About FundLens

FundLens provides an independent database of UK index funds, ETFs, and ISA platform fee comparisons. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. Always do your own research before making investment decisions.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Prices are as displayed with no additional taxes added.

3. Accuracy of data

We make reasonable efforts to ensure fund and platform fee data is accurate and up to date. However, fees change frequently and we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always verify data directly with the fund provider or platform before making investment decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from FundLens without permission.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Limitation of liability

FundLens is provided "as is". We are not liable for investment losses or decisions made based on data provided on this site. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the month in which any claim arises.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
